Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Duke's Gear. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition with all tags attached. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
In-Store Returns
If you live locally, you can also return your online purchase in person at our Fillmore store during regular business hours. Please bring your order confirmation email and the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as cosmetics or cologne/perfume). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, or if you receive the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
